Congo Canopy is a a high layer of foliage in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour located on Donkey Kong Island. All of the holes in this course have a par of 3. To unlock it, the player must finish the "Back 9" mode in Birdie Challenge. It is a very large tree, since a lot of people can stand on it and the tree even has a lake. This course can be played in the One-On, One-Putt and Speed Golf modes. The Congo Canopy more than likely takes place in the Kongo Jungle, as implied by its name and the fact that the tee boxes are labeled with miniature barrels with the letters "DK" on the front.
