Really? A notice template for users only? If is mainly user oriented, I say we should delete. And if you really want a template like this, I suggest you make it yourself in your userpage. If you can make it yourself in your userpage, then I say this template is useless.

Probably. Just create a status box in your userpage and say that you're gone. You don't need that template unless you're lazy, but laziness is bad. Ray Trace^(T|C)
