Pleasant Bluff
Pleasant Bluff in Saturday Supercade
First appearance Saturday Supercade ("Banana Bikers") (1983)
Greater location Earth
Inhabitants Humans

Pleasant Bluff is a western town appearing in the Saturday Supercade episode "Banana Bikers."

It first appears when Bruto, along with his gang and Donkey Kong, drive to the sheriff's office and call for its sheriff. The sheriff attempts to arrest them, but when he sees Donkey Kong, he becomes scared. After being tossed into his deputies when shaking hands with him, he tells them to arrest Donkey Kong. The deputies lasso him, but he launches them away. They crash into the sheriff and are knocked into a jail cell, destroying the office in the process. Bruto congratulates him and rewards him with a "shopping spree" at the local general store (with the interior of a department store).

Mario and Pauline arrive in the town, wanting to capture Donkey Kong before he destroys it. Mario tries to use a sheet of glue paper to capture him, but Donkey Kong climbs over it by banner and Mario falls into his own trap. Donkey Kong grabs Pauline and runs inside the general store, locking the doors behind him. He drops pots and pans on Mario, one of which lands on his head and allows him to open the door by ramming his head against it. He runs into the store, Bruto and his gang following suit.

In the store, Mario finds Donkey Kong behind a group of mannequins which coincidentally look like Pauline and knocks them down to distract him. When trying to find Pauline, Donkey Kong accidentally tosses her into Bruto's hands, and he and his gang escape, with Mario and Donkey Kong in pursuit.

The town is last seen when Bruto and his gang are propelled into a jail cell by Mario's net trap, destroying the sheriff's office again in the process.
