The Mine-Cart Exit is a scrap found in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. Mario is required to retrieve it in Bowser's Snow Fort during the minecart ride by flipping the Diagonal Rail, then entering the area with two Shy Guys, two Bob-ombs, and an Ice Bro, then checking the left hole to obtain it.
Mario must then keep moving across the rail, then place the Mine-Cart Exit just before the 270° loop, allowing him to progress to Mizzter Blizzard.
