The '''Yoshi Tour''' was the fifteenth tour of ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', which began on April 8, 2020 and ended on April 21, 2020. Set around {{wp|Easter}}, the tour introduced an Easter-themed variant of Yoshi that appears to have hatched inside an Easter egg, along with assorted egg-themed kart parts such as the [[Egg 1]] from ''[[Mario Kart DS]]'' and ''[[Mario Kart 7]]'', which was available in the [[List of Mario Kart Tour pre-release and unused content#Closed beta|closed beta]]. The featured course of the tour was [[GCN Yoshi Circuit]]. This was the first tour to not introduce any new courses besides the R/T variations of [[RMX Mario Circuit 1]] and [[SNES Donut Plains 1]], as well as the first to feature a special, third pipe with fifty items which included several returning spotlight characters, karts, and gliders from previous tours. This was the first tour to introduce similar-looking gliders, being the [[Eggshell Glider]] and [[Bright Glider]]. The menu's background featured the lighthouse from Yoshi Circuit as the landmark for this tour. This was the first tour to introduce two R/T classic courses instead of three, as well as the first tour until the [[New Year's (2023)|2023 New Year's Tour]] seventy-one tours later to utilize a black background at the end of its trailer instead of a white background. This was also the final tour to only introduce new bonus challenges.

With the addition of the [[#Drivers|new drivers]] in this tour, ''Mario Kart Tour'' exceeded ''[[Mario Super Sluggers]]'' as the ''Mario'' game with the most number of characters.
