'''Yikes! Boiling Hot!''' is the secret course of [[World 2 (Yoshi's Island DS)|World 2]] in ''[[Yoshi's Island DS]]''. As the name suggests, it is filled with pits of [[lava]]. This level's playable [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi]] is the Black Yoshi.

The level starts in a cave with lava at the bottom and a few platforms. Black Yoshi has to cross these platforms and land on an [[arrow wheel]] to ride over a wall. The lava then rises, and the player must cross some more platforms and number lifts while avoiding the lava and [[Bungee Piranha]]s to the pipe at the end.

The next area has a [[Checkpoint Ring|Middle Ring]], wind gusts, and lava. [[Baby Peach]] is needed to ride some wind gusts over some lava. A platform and a vine are near the end, where [[Baby DK]] is needed. The next area has more lava and a low ceiling, which makes it hard to avoid the [[Hot Lips]] sitting in the lava and the spiked balls that spin. Once the player passes them, Black Yoshi then rides a rope across some lava, but the rope moves quickly, so the player needs to hop off fast.

The last area has a few last platforms to cross. They are small and there are a lot of [[Blargg (small)|Blargg]]s trying to attack Black Yoshi. The player has to switch to [[Baby Mario]] to make some [[M Block]]s appear. Scaling the blocks is tricky as a [[Gargantua Blargg (tall)|Gargantua Blargg]] is following the player up. The player will have to run past some [[Fang]]s and jump to the [[Goal Ring|goal roulette]].
