The '''Yellow Taxi''' is a High-End [[kart]] in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]''. Introduced in the [[New York Tour]], it is the signature kart of [[Pauline]]. As its name indicates, it is designed after a 1950's-style {{wp|yellow cab}}; its overall shape resembles that of the [[Brute]] from ''[[Mario Kart DS]]''. Although it has two tailpipes, the exhaust flames shoot out from below the tailfins, making them the actual exhaust pipes. The emblem is located on the hood ornament and the exhaust pipes. It uses the [[Slim (tire)|Slim]] tires from ''[[Mario Kart 7]]'' in-game, although two official screenshots show it with the [[Pipe Frame]]'s tires instead. The Yellow Taxi increases the duration of [[Trick|Jump Boost]] speed boosts and the number of points earned for performing Jump Boosts.

There is also a platinum variant of this kart, simply called the [[Platinum Taxi]], which was introduced in the [[Holiday Tour (2019)|2019 Holiday Tour]], a red variant called the [[Red Taxi]], introduced in the [[Peach Tour]], and a rainbow variant called the [[Rainbow Taxi]], introduced in the [[Space Tour (2023)|2023 Space Tour]], as well as a Valentine's Day counterpart called the [[Rose Taxi]], introduced in the [[Peach vs. Daisy Tour]]; all four karts also have the High-End classification.
