The level begins with a single [[Seesaw]] moving on a [[track]], and starts out with a fairly straightforward path with [[Lava Bubble]]s and some [[Warp Pipe]]s spawning [[Koopa Troopa]]s. The path then moves up and then back down to the first [[Checkpoint Flag]], and a Warp Pipe leading to the next Seesaw. The entire path of the second Seesaw involves moving around to avoid being hit by [[Spike Trap]]s, which then leads to the second Checkpoint Flag and another Warp Pipe. Mario must then ride one final Seesaw while avoiding [[Chain Chomp]]s on opposite sides. After a [[Super Star]] passes by, Mario must run over and hit the [[axe]] to clear the level.
