The Winter Windster is fought in Shivering Mountains in Wario World. It is the first boss of Thrillsville, and it is succeeded by Spideraticus and Red-Brief J. The Winter Windster is an extremely large humanoid with a disproportionately large head. It is mostly blue in color, though its nose is dark red-violet. Its hair is similar to a vine-like plant.
The Winter Windster is a boss in Wario World. It is mostly blue in color. The Winter Windster's head is very large in contrast to its small and skinny body, its hair resembles a vine-like plant, and its nose is dark red-violet in color. The Winter Windster is fought in Shivering Mountains, in a large block of ice with four small magma pools as well as surrounding ice spikes. The Winter Windster attacjs by breathing a stream of cold air capable of freezing Wario, making him vulnerable to being headbutted. The Winter Windster can also duck into one of the lava craters in the arena and send out pulsing shockwaves of energy. It also shoots blue energy missiles. The Winter Windster is lastly able to phase out into bursts of energy if Wario looks into his eyes when they start glowing red. The energy inflates Wario and causes him to float over the spikes outside the arena. The attack is avoided by shaking the Control Stick quickly as Wario turns backwards without looking into the Winter Windster's eye. Throughout the fight, the Winter Windster drops explosive boulders from its cloud. If the Winter Windster is above a crater, it becomes vulnerable to being knocked out of the sky by lava if Wario throws toss a boulder into one of the lava craters. Following this, the Winter Windster can be punched quickly by Wario to become dazed and then hit by a Mad Move. Winter Windster is defeated after five hits.

It uses a variety of attacks in his battle. It can attack by breathing a stream of cold air, which will freeze Wario, leaving him vulnerable to be headbutted by the Winter Windster. The Winter Windster can also duck into one of the lava craters in the arena and send out pulsing shockwaves of energy which will hurt Wario upon contact. It also shoots blue energy missiles. The Winter Windster's final attack is the "Evil Eye" attack, which will cause it to phase out into bursts of energy if Wario looks into his eyes when they start glowing red. The energy causes Wario to be inflated, which causes him to float over the spikes outside the arena. The player can allow Wario to regain control before he lands on the ice spikes by shaking the Control Stick quickly. Turning backwards without looking at the Winter Windster's eye enables Wario to dodge the attack.
The Winter Windster drops explosive boulders from its cloud throughout the entire battle; these can squash Wario if they land on him. However, Wario can also toss a boulder into one of the lava craters, causing an explosion of lava to be sent out. The lava can be used to knock the boss from the sky if it is over that crater. Once the Winter Windster is close enough, Wario can quickly punch it to daze it, and then use a Mad Move on it. The Winter Windster is defeated after hitting it with five Mad Moves. After the battle, Wario is able to access Beanstalk Way.
