It first spins around Mario, then suddenly stops and charges him. If it hits him, Mario usually gets knocked off the platform. Wind Spirits can be temporarily dispatched using [[F.L.U.D.D.|FLUDD]] and defeated using a [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi]]'s tongue. Wind Spirits yield a single [[coin]] upon defeat.
