The level starts in a castle near a group of [[Big Thwomp]]s with [[Brick Block]]s below them. Two [[Dry Bones]] are found, one of which is on two [[? Block]]s. Four [[Thwomp]]s are found, followed by another platform. Another Thwomp is then found. A [[Red Ring]] is found above a [[Dry Bones]], and the player must cross platforms above a pit while avoiding Thwomps. Another Dry Bones is encountered. The player then must avoid numerous Big Thwomps found above Brick Blocks, and make the last one crash into a wall of Brick Blocks to access the boss door. A cannon transports the player to [[Wendy|Wendy O. Koopa]], who must be hit three times in order to be defeated.
