Players must move vehicles whose wheels are not round: square wheels for the solo player's vehicle, and triangular wheels for the rivals' vehicle. The solo player moves their vehicle by pressing {{button|wii|Pad}} buttons in the exact order shown onscreen. The rivals move their vehicle by pressing {{button|wii|1}} or {{button|wii|2}} one by one. If the solo player presses a wrong button, they must start another combination. If a rival presses a wrong button, they must simply try again. A total of five combinations must be done to reach the goal. The first side to reach the goal wins. It is possible to end in a tie where everyone celebrates by having both teams reach the end at the same time.
Both the rivals and the solo player attempt to be the first to the finish line by pressing the indicated buttons. The solo player moves by correctly pressing the {{button|wii|Pad}} in the right direction four times. The rivals move by one-by-one pressing the correct button. If an incorrect button is correct, that series of buttons must be restarted. Five correct sequences are required to win.
