A game system with no game appears on the left side of the screen while one hand holding a WarioWare game and two hands holding similarly shaped objects float in at random speeds from the right. To clear the microgame, the player has to attack the hands that are not holding the game to eliminate them, after which the correct hand inserts the game into the system. If the player eliminates the correct hand, one of the incorrect hands will try to insert its item, and the microgame is lost. If the player takes too long, the correct hand will be eliminated automatically, even if it reaches the console first.

If the player eliminates the correct hand or lets any of the other hands reach the system, they fail the microgame.

The music that plays in each level is an arrangement of the corresponding WarioWare game's title theme (menu theme in the case of Mega Party Game$!). The floor color in each level also matches the color of the Japanese packaging of the corresponding game (pink, yellow, and blue, respectively).

*Level 2: A WarioWare: Touched! Game Card must be inserted into a Nintendo DS. If two players are utilized for this microgame, the game system may appear on the right side, and there is an extra incorrect hand holding a donut (also held by one of the other hands), computer chip, and digital camera respectively for each level, all of which have similar colors to the corresponding game. If the players win, the player that removes more incorrect objects receives an effort point or, in the case of Rising Star, a star.

Suitability
If a second player is utilized in this microgame, there is an extra hand, holding a donut (also held by one of the other hands), computer chip, and digital camera respectively for each level.

*5-Volt can instantly teleport to the fake objects to knock them out.
*9-Volt is a below-average fit as he must time his attacks to knock the fake objects out.
*Penny is a below-average fit as the water from her Jet Tank One may cause her to knock out the actual game instead of the fake objects.
*Kat & Ana are a poor fit as their constant jumping may inadvertently cause them to knock out the actual game instead of the fake objects.

Trivia
Trivia
*Despite the European language versions of the microgame changing the color of the WarioWare: Touched! Game Card to reflect the color difference between versions of the original game's packaging (yellow instead of orange like the North American version), the microgame's description still refers to Mega Microgame$! under its North American name as opposed to its European/Australian name "Minigame Mania". This oddity is also present in the description for Gold Digger in the European language versions of WarioWare: Touched!
*Despite the British English version of the microgame changing the color of the WarioWare: Touched! Game Card to reflect the color difference between versions of the original game's packaging (yellow instead of orange like the American English version), the microgame's description still refers to Mega Microgame$! under its American English name as opposed to its British English name, "Minigame Mania". This error is also present in the British English description for Gold Digger in WarioWare: Touched!
