The story of ''[[WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!]]'' is about the company being created. It is shown during the game intro. Wario gets the idea to create the company after watching a news report showing the success of ''[[Pyoro]]''. Wario sets out to purchase a new [[computer]] and replaces [[Wario's House|his house]] with the headquarters of WarioWare, Inc. Soon after working on his games, Wario becomes tired, so he phones his friends to help produce their own games. This includes [[Mona]], [[Jimmy T|Jimmy T.]], [[Dribble & Spitz]], [[9-Volt]], [[Kat & Ana]], [[Orbulon]], and [[Dr. Crygor]].
