==Trivia==
*The official Shogakukan guide for ''Yoshi's Story'' does not mention Vine Slimes or their vines at all, and instead refers to the areas they are found in as containing [[Ghost Stream]]s. This may suggest that Vine Slimes were added late into development, after the Shogakukan guide was first made.
