1: No. Beyond removing offensive, insulting or illegal content, userspace disputes are none of the administration's matter. If you want that userbox removed, it'd be best to contact AwesomeSponge directly.

In that case, it's best to ignore it - an inane userbox is nothing to get worked up over. Though note that the toolbox on his userpage list an e-mail adress, so if the presence of that userbox is so gallingly offensive that it's impossible to ignore, you could try contacting him with that. --Glowsquid 09:38, 20 May 2012 (EDT)
