Re: The big long inquiryAnyways, -I think that we cover means of transportation so I'm pretty sure that the cockpit would be fine... Sorry, but conjectural articles shouldn't be created unless it's a major part of the game. I don't think that the Luma cages, star lists and portals are major; they're more like accessories. We don't create an article on aspects in the Galaxy (e.g. Planets) so I don't think articles on these things should be made. However with Bowser Jr.'s Cockpit, I am undecided. It's BJ's main method of transportation for the game so it may be notable enough, I don't really have an opinion there. So there's my two cents, sorry if it's not what you want to hear :(

The use of "portal" in that sentence is as a noun, shown by the fact that the word does not adhere to the traits required for a term to be a proper noun (read: it is not capitalized). As the term does not follow rules required of a proper noun, it is safe to assume that it is not a proper noun and therefore is, in fact, a noun, aiding to describe the object in question. The game is simply using "portal" to refer to the general type of object, it is not naming this object specifically as a Portal. Youtubes videos suckdirectly embedded in the articles, because they make the article less fine. Their content is in fact random and sometimes lose the definition of the article, for example, the in-video comments while you're watching. We had, as far as I know, two or three proposals talking about that, and failed by these reasons. --

Re: StatusIt's simple. Try to copy the code of other user's page that show his/her status over the page's title going to "view source" page. In my case I use it inside a box because it would block my user name in the other way.

We tend to use the official Japanese name over the conjectural English name when providing a name to the article, thus that is why the change was made. In the forums we're able to give you hints and actions you should do since you have new "powers". Basically you block those users that are corrupting the wiki, get their IPs to see if they have sockpuppet accounts (I mean more than one) and enter into special pages that for other users are restricted.

Re: Huge ParagoombaIt's an English translation of the japanese name. I'm no expert on the naming policy, by any means, but I do know that we either name the article "Huge Paragoomba" or "Deka patakuribō"; the latter of which is slightly meh (English ftw :P). I don't know if one of those titles is allowed or the other isn't but I know that both of those names should be used before "Grand Paragoomba". Sorry if that's not the answer you wanted :( On a side note, have you logged into your forum account yet? PII've marked this as your personal image. Re: Sand PortalThe Dune Bud Sand Castle article is not a real name, AFAIK, it's a name taken by the fact that it is a Sand Castle in the Dune Bud area (please tell me I'm right). Which means that, in theory, you could be moving the Dune Bud Sand Castle article to an official name and then replacing the content (which is just a long way to say merging) so yes, I think you could merge those without a problem (like if someone were to create a Jumpman article (and it was accepted by the admins), we wouldn't want to make an entire proposal to merge it into Mario because they are the same subject. So my opinion is; if the subject is the same thing (under different names), then merging is fine). By the way, if you respond to this, make sure to tell me whether you like long and descriptive answers or short and easy-to-read ones.
