Sysops and bureaucrats do not have the power to reset your password or your e-mail. I don't know whether user:Porplemontage would be able to reset the e-mail, but I doubt he would do it. If you have no way of retrieving your password, you will have to start with a new account. Other users had to do that after they forgot their password, too, people like Stooben Rooben.
