:It still doesn't change the fact that it is "So ein Mist" like Spindler said (there's an [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hcU8Yrqlqk audible "S" at the start]), and given this and he went into detail about it, I'm inclined to believe he voiced that. Also, please stop editing anonymously and [[Special:Diff/3764761|adding information without a source]]. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 22:34, October 1, 2022 (EDT)
:The source should also be referenced on the article per the instructions on [[MarioWiki:Citations]], not just in the summary. A link to just an in-game voice clip does not prove who voiced it. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 04:58, October 2, 2022 (EDT)
Is this reliable source that Charles Martinet was the announcer in the Mario Advance games?
I emailed him earlier today… And this was his response.

== RE: Pinball ==
Hey, got your message!
I still don't think this is very reliable considering he's claimed to have done Thomas Spindler and Grant Kirkhope's Wario and Donkey Kong voices many times before.
The voice sounds far too different from him, if I was to take I guess I'd actually say it was Ronald Ruben.
Either way the pinball machine is still mentioned on the article so, in my personal opinion it shouldn't be added to the list of games until some kind of third party can verify it. {{unsigned|Alice875}}
No it has to be him. A lot of sources say it is him…

Here is the original story on when he confirmed he voiced it:

Okay so, you are telling me he did NOT voice Mario in the pinball machine correct? Do you have any sources about that? (Something to do with admins in the discord?) If so, I would like to see it.
Thanks {{unsigned|Guzzlord}}
Ok for starters:
1. Not only does it sound nothing like him OR his Mario voice, there's footage from an entire year BEFORE the pinball machine came out where he does the same voice as today. https://twitter.com/CharlesMartinet/status/1493266234644779012?s=09
2. He has been wrong about his voices before, as I already said. Here is an article in which he claims to have recorded voicelines, that are known to be done by Thomas Spindler. https://www.nintendolife.com/news/2020/11/random_charles_martinet_adds_to_decades-old_confusion_over_wario_doh_i_missed_dialogue
3. After providing this evidence, as you guessed, most people in the Discord agreed that there's no chance it can be him, which lead to me making the original edit.
In my personal opinion, given how many times Charles has been wrong about his career in the past, it shouldn't be added to the list of games until some kind of THIRD PARTY can verify the claim. If anything he only remembers voicing the pinball machine ''because'' of that one Reddit user who caused this whole debacle. {{unsigned|Alice875}}
Maybe it is him? I am not sure what to say. Maybe he is losing his marbles… I know he once said that he voiced Donkey Kong in Mario Kart 64 when he actually voiced him at a convention in 1994 and his voice in MK64 was actually sound effects from a movie called Toby Tyler and was voiced by Disney SFX designer Jimmy MacDonald. He also said that he voiced Toadsworth in MK64 which is not true because Toadsworth did not make his debut until Super Mario Sunshine 6 years later and Toadsworth voice turned out to be Scott Burns 20 years later… I guess he is losing it…
