You are only allowed one account, and it looks like you still have access to this one, so your new account will be blocked.

That is actually not allowed. You can talk about your fangames on your main user page (as long as you don't focus solely on it), but subpages are supposed to be meant for the wiki (example) or meant to be used on multiple pages (another example).
