Stop making a post suggesting something and then proceeding to make the change yourself anyway without waiting for a response. Settle the matter in discussion before making the edit (and simply saying you "think" an enemy is related in some way to another is not enough evidence). Final warning or you're getting blocked again.

Here's one rule I want you all to follow:
I don't like threats or swearing. So I want kind language and polite messages, even if edits I make you have a problem with irritates you. Just kindly talk to me about what on your mind and no foul language. When someone talks rudely or threats me, I feels like bullying. So I'll kindly ask you fellow users to treat me with respect.
