While I don't necessarily endorse or dispute your or Mario jc's views, it would be more helpful to have a discussion in the relevant talk page about issues you have in these articles rather than trying to explain your points in an edit summary (a very limited means of explaining your points and also not as easily viewed). Thanks! It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 19:24, September 5, 2023 (EDT)
I’m trying to stay out of it. I understand he is an experienced member here, but he cannot use authoritative status to remove points. As I said there, he does this for all Mario Kart articles pertaining to vehicles. He has been called out for it also not just by me but by others for removing information that isn’t pertinent, and vice versa.

- I don't think Mariojc is using his status as an admin to dispute your points. He cited datamined stats, which you countered by saying they're not quantifiable. Can you explain? I don't know how much stats affect performance of a vehicle. Such as, are there multiple additional variables that Mariojc leaves out while citing datamined stats that can affect observed performance of a car, that stats alone leave out? It's me, Mario! He implicitly mentioned it right now and has done so in my previous interactions with him. Nevertheless, I am saying data mined stats are helpful but in the grand scheme of things they’re just an estimation. And even then, it may or may not be approximate. As we can see here, for instance. Doing a test on a straightaway for both vehicles it is clear that the Wild Wing accelerates more quickly than the Wild Wint. This is all else equal AKA not factoring in character bonuses even. Stats affect performance for a vehicle because obviously you want to have the best vehicle in the game to use. The acceleration stats being low indicate that it’ll be hard to gain a top speed in a small timer interval. Which is why something like the Quacker or Bit Bike accelerates rather quickly compared to these two. Sometimes weight doesn’t even correlate to acceleration status as we can see here with the medium Wild Wing. I feel that the guy is trying to prove more of a point by giving extraneous detail that isn’t needed. This is a generic wiki; we’re not here to derive on conclusions as to how we arrive at numbers through data mining. The least we can say is one vehicle does better at something than another in this case. All data mining means in this case is that again, it just provides an estimation to arrive at quantifiable data. Which, as we can see in this case, is not entirely accurate considering that the Wild Wing is shown to accelerate more quickly. Using a statement such as visual data is not needed in this case as the guy is doing. We just explain generics; we are not a data mining or research wiki about stuff like this for a lack of Bette r language. If that was the case, then statements like that should be included in other articles of games where stats are a big thing such as in the Mario Baseball series. I don’t understand why he’s only doing it for the Mario Kart games, in particular, the Wii one. I still play competitively and its held very near and dear to me. Certainly don’t want misinformation being spread for no reason.
