He is a [[Kong]] who dons a hat, a red jacket, gray shoes, and a black tie with his initials in red. Uncle Kong's role in the strategy guide is to give various hints to the player in the form of dialogue. At the end of the guide, he reveals that he is not a member of the [[Kong#Kong Family|Kong Family]] and that he is actually a merchant who sells [[banana]]s at a stall in {{wp|Osaka}}.<ref name=yoshi134999 />
