'''Uncanny Mansion''' is an alternative version of ''[[Wario Land II]]''{{'}}s fifth chapter. It can be accessed from [[Anyone for B-ball?|stage 4-5]] and leads to an alternative ending.

The chapter has a horror-theme and is set in a deserted mansion full of ghosts and undead creatures. [[Wario]] has to face many oddities in order to find the [[Black Sugar Gang]] and his treasure in the run-down building. The apparent owner of the mansion is an entity simply known as the ghost that needs to be fought in order to clear the chapter.
