It is unlocked via completing [[Prince Bully Blockade]], and its completion unlocks [[Fuzzy Time Mine]].

==Layout==
The level starts in a snowy area with a [[Ty-foo]] and two [[Walleye]]s nearby. This is followed by an [[ice|icy lake]] with a [[Skating Goomba]], with some Ty-foos nearby. A downwards slope infested with Ty-foos leads the player to a [[Clear Pipe]] which transports them to an icy lake with Skating Goombas and the [[Checkpoint Flag]]. After passing an abyss, the player reaches an area filled with Walleyes and Ty-foos which leads to a Clear Pipe. This Clear Pipe transports the player to the area with the [[Goal Pole]].
