Twilight City is a place of the game Mario vs. Donkey Kong. Twilight City is the last world of the main worlds. The levels are a bit more difficult than the other. All the world is a tecnology-filled place, with robots and much more. Some levels of this place has a new enemy: A Black Shy Guy shooting a weapon.

Twilight City is the final regular World found in the game Mario vs. Donkey Kong and its remake. It is the sixth regular world in the original Game Boy Advance version and the eighth regular world in the Nintendo Switch remake. The entire world is a high-technology city, consisting of lasers, robots, and metal platforms. The city introduces Wrench Shy Guys, which can be found in a couple levels, and Robo Kikkis, which are quicker versions of Monchees.

This world presents some significant differences in the remake. The level select menu's colors are changed from indigo to pink, and the music present in this world in the remake is completely different, opting for a more jazzier feel in comparison to the more upbeat percussion and melodies similar to Fire Mountain. The background in most levels now overlooks an entire city with several buildings, as opposed to a construction site-like setting with several girders of rounded edges.

Exclusively in the Nintendo Switch version of Mario vs. Donkey Kong is a bonus level that appears after completing enough levels in this world. This bonus level features several conveyor belts and Garbage Cans that the player can toss around to use as a foothold. To complete this level, the player must catch the flying key while moving across conveyor belts, then reach the chest on the bottom right.
