The '''Trouble Center''' is a building found during the events of ''[[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door]]'', located in East [[Rogueport]]. Inside the building is a bulletin board where various characters will post particular troubles that they need [[Mario]]'s assistance with, such as bringing someone a requested item or making a delivery. If [[Mario]] completes a trouble, he will receive a reward.

Troubles are side-quests, much like the [[Koopa Koot's favors|favors]] that [[Koopa Koot]] recruited Mario for in ''[[Paper Mario]]''. However, rather than completing the troubles in order, Mario can pick and choose the troubles he wishes to do from a list. After Mario completes another chapter, more troubles will have been added to the list.

Troubles are completely optional, as Mario can finish the game without setting foot in the Trouble Center, although he'll miss out on several good rewards if he doesn't. Completion of all troubles yields no special reward, so it is possible for the player to pick and choose which troubles he/she would like to complete, while omitting the ones that don't appeal to him or her.

When Mario takes on a trouble, there is no time limit for when it must be finished. However, Mario can only take on one trouble at a time, and canceling one he signed up for will cost him 30 coins.

The back wall of the Trouble Center is blank, but [[Flurrie]] can blow away the wall to reveal the door to [[Goose]]'s room, the [[Robbo Gang]] member who is running this whole operation.

*Location: Rogueport, east side, outside his house.
*Reward: 20 Coins
*Objective: Meet Garf outside his house and he will tell the player where he dropped his key, Which is outside the [[Lovely Howz of Badges]]. Head to the Lovely Howz, grab the key and give it to Garf, or open his door, and then the player can collect their reward.

*Title: Safe Delivery...
*Location: Rogueport, in the alley.
*Reward: 20 Coins
*Objective: Talk to McGoomba in the Alley in Rogueport Plaza. He will give the player a package that's for Goomfrey. Give the package to Goomfrey, loitering outside Prof. Frankly's place, then return to McGoomba to so the player can claim their reward.

*Title: Price Adjustment
*Location: Rogueport, outside the Toad Bros. Bazaar.
*Reward: 20 Coins
*Objective: Talk to Arfur and then heads to Plenn T.'s shop to get the prices on 3 items: [[Tasty Tonic]], [[Fire Flower]] and [[Sleepy Sheep]]. Tell Arfur about the player's findings and collect their reward.

===[[Goomther]]===
*Title: Find this guy!
*Location: Rogueport, next to the noose.
*Reward: 20 Coins
*Objective: Goomther has been frauded by [[Larson]] the [[Bandit]]. Talk to Goomther, then go in search of Larson. The player will first find him in the alley behind [[Merlon]] and [[Prof. Frankly]]'s houses, and he'll flee. Talk to Goomther again and continue the player's search. The player will find him in the docks and he'll once again flee to his hideout. (Which is in the alley) The player must return to Goomther for she/he to claim their reward.

*Location: Rogueport, outside the Toad Bros. Bazaar.

*Objective: Mousimilian forgot his latest money-making scheme. Hit him a few times with Mario's hammer to jog his memory. Once the therapy ends, he will tell the player a tip, She/he should can buy [[Sleepy Sheep]]s in the Rogueport shop and sell it in [[Petalburg]] for a two-coin profit.

*Location: Rogueport Harbor.
*Reward: 11 Coins
*Objective: Give Bomberto some food from the players inventory and he will scarf it down and, rewarding the player in the process.

*Location: [[Hooktail Castle]], on the Fifth Floor right near the room where you met [[Ms. Mowz]].

*Objective: Have [[Koops]] as the player partner, visit Hooktail Castle and trek to the Fifth Floor, right where the player found Ms. Mowz, then talk to him then the player can claim their reward.

*Reward: [[Turtley Leaf]].
*Objective: Listen to Kroop's musings and then the player reward can collect their reward.

*Reward: [[Ultra Shroom]]
*Objective: Purchase five [[Courage Shell]]s at the store in Petalburg, then give them to Plenn T. and so the player can claim their reward.

*Objective: Give the [[Puni Elder]] a [[Life Shroom]] and the player will claim thier reward.

*Reward: 10 [[Pianta Token]]s.
*Objective: Talk to [[Lahla]] and the player will claim their reward.

===[[Pine T. Jr.]]===

*Location: [[Rougeport Sewers]], the entrance to the [[Pit of 100 Trials (Rogueport)|Pit of 100 Trials]]
*Reward: Silver Card.
*Objective: The player must reach to the 18th floor, revive Pine T. Sr. and locate an emergency exit. Then returning to the Pit of 100 trials room Pine T. will give the player a reward.

*Location: [[Glitzville]]'s [[Glitz Pit]]
*Reward: 30 Coins.
*Objective: Get rid of the [[Battle Trunk]]s in the Storeroom, then sell the Battle Trunks to Goomther. Lastly go back to the Glitz Pit and talk to [[Jolene]] and so the player can collect their reward.

*Location: Rogueport Sewers
*Reward: 30 Coins.
*Objective: Talk to [[Merlee (Paper Mario, Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door)|Merlee]], then visit Toce T. in Petalburg, next to Koops' house. She will tell the player that the recipe for the [[Heartful Cake]] is [[Cake Mix]] and [[Ruin Powder]]. Pick up the Cake Mix at the [[Pianta Parlor]], then return to Merlee's place, give Merlee the Cake Mix and then the player can claim their reward.

*Reward: [[Dried Bouquet]]
*Objective: Talk to [[Bub-ulber]], then head up to the Hot Dog Stand in Glitzville and purchase two Hot Dogs, then pick up the Cake Mix. Next head to [[Zess T.]]'s house and give her the Cake Mix, she'll cook up a [[Mousse Cake]]. First give Bub-Ulber two Hot Dogs and then the Mousse Cake. Bub-Ulber will reward the player with a Dried Bouquet.

*Location: Rogueport, on the roof of Zess T.'s house.
*Reward: Attack FX B Badge, and Ms. Mowz will join your party.
*Objective: Talk to the  Ms. Mowz who post the trouble up, then go to [[Hooktail]]'s lair, blow away the wall with [[Flurrie]] to reveal a treasure chest holding the Attack FX B Badge and give the badge to Ms. Mowz. She'll let the player keep the Attack FX B Badge and she'll join the player's party.

*Location: [[Twilight Town]].
*Reward: 30 Coins.
*Objective: Talk to [[Mayor Dour]], then give the newsletter he gave to the player to the Elder Puni at the Great Tree. She'll give the player a newsletter and ask the player  to give it to Mayor Kroop in Petalburg. Mayor Kroop asks the player to forward it back to Dour, due to a nasty cold that Kroopa has. Talk to Mayor Dour and the player will claim their reward.

*Title: Seeking Legendary Book!
*Location: Rogueport.
*Reward: [[Honey Shroom]], Zess T. will now let the player cook two items at once to get different items.
*Objective: Roll under a passageway, near the entrance to [[Creepy Steeple]], grab the [[Cookbook]] during Chapter 4 quest. After completing the player's Chapter 4 quest, accept Zess T.'s trouble and give her the cookbook.

*Title: Tell that person...
*Location: Twilight Town, next door to the shop.
*Reward: [[Meteor Meal]].
*Objective: First head to Eve's house to speak to her. Next head back to Rogueport, speak to [[Podley]] at the inn, then return to Eve's house so the player can claim their reward.

===[[Goom Goom]]===
*Title: Looking for a gal!
*Location: [[Pirate's Grotto]].
*Reward: [[Couple's Cake]].
*Objective: Trek into the Pirate's Grotto, and introduce Goom Goom to [[Goombella]]. Goombella will snub his advances and will be driven off. Collect the rejected Couple's Cake.

==After clearing Chapter 6==

*Title: Important Thing!
*Location: Rogueport, in the park.
*Reward: Gold Card.
*Objective: Talk to [[Frankie]] and get his missing wedding ring from Garf's house. Give the ring to Frankie and collect the player can final recive their reward.

===[[Chef Shimi]]===
*Title: Get these ingredients!
*Location: [[Excess Express]].
*Reward: 40 Coins.
*Objective: [[Chef Shimi]] is looking for three ingredients: a [[Mystic Egg]], [[Golden Leaf]] and a [[Keel Mango]].
**To get the Mystic Egg: Play the Stump Petuni game with [[Petuni]].
**To get the Golden Leaf: Venture to Creepy Steeple and visit the northern corridor and hammer the tree.
**To get the Keel Mango: Whack a nearby palm tree on [[Keelhaul Key]].

After getting collecting all of the ingredients, give them to Shimi and get and the player with recive their  reward.

*Title: I must have that book.
*Location: [[Poshley Heights]].
*Reward: Platium Card.
*Objective: Visit Toodles' house to for the player's assignment. Toodles has lent a book from Jolene in Glitzville and it's the player job to get it back. Take the train to Rogueport and ride the blimp to Glitzville. Visit the manager's office and get the [[Wrestling Magazine]]. Deliver the book to Toodles and to recive the player reward which is a Platinum Card.

===[[Ratooey Businessman]]===
*Title: Security Code...
*Location: Glitzville.
*Reward: Hot Sauce.
*Objective: The [[Ratooey Businessman]] from the [[Excess Express]] has forgotten the combination to his briefcase. The combination is the number of chairs in various locations throughout the game. Visit the following places: Kroop's house (2), Flurrie's house (6), [[Don Pianta]]'s office (2) and Toodles' house (5). Tell him the code is 2625 and the player will recive their reward.

*Title: Delivery, please!
*Location: Poshley Heights.
*Reward: 64 Coins.
*Objective: [[Goldbob]] wants the player to deliver a package to [[General White]]. Venture to [[Fahr Outpost]] and speak to the [[Bob-omb]] in the General's house. He will tell the player that he's in Rogueport. [[Podley]] will tell the plater that he's has now in [[Glitzville]]. Go to Glitzville and chat with the Juice Bar owner. Return to [[Poshley Heights]] and talk to Goldbob. Lastly, return to Fahr Outpost to wake up the General. Give the package to the General and return to Poshley Heights for the player to claim thier reward.

*Location: Fahr Outpost, behind the inn.
*Reward: 20 Coins.
*Objective: Give him [[Honey Candy]] and he'll be able to speak again.

===[[Toadia]]===
*Title: I wanna meet Luigi!
*Location: Poshley Heights, right near the Sanctum
*Reward: [[Choco Cake]].
*Objective: Grab the L Emblem Badge from the [[Poshley Sanctum]], put it on, speak to Toadia and watch the chaos begin.

*Objective: Kill all the enemies in the Boggly Woods blocking Doe T.'s path to the [[Great Tree]].

*Location: Poshley Heights
*Reward: 3 Coins.
*Objective: Bub needs the player to deliver either a [[Shroom Cake]], a [[Keel Mango]] or a [[Fright Mask]] to his mom, as well as a touching apology. Give the gift to [[Sylvia]], then return to Bub to get so the player can claim their reward, which is only is 3 coins.

===[[Swob]]===
*Title: Erase that graffiti!
*Location: Fahr Outpost, next to the cannon statue.
*Reward: [[Snow Bunny]].
*Objective: Talk to Swob in [[Fahr Outpost]] and then, go to Level 50 of the [[Pit of 100 Trials (Rogueport)|Pit of 100 Trials]] and use [[Bobbery]] to blow up the graffiti. Return to Fahr Outpost so the player can claim their reward.
