The '''Toad Town shopping mall'''<ref>{{cite|quote=This road is going to connect to the new Toad Town shopping mall.|author=A [[Toad (species)|Toad]] in [[Toad Town]]|title=''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story]]'' (English)}}</ref> is a location in ''[[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story]]'' and its [[Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey|remake]]. It is a newly built shopping area located on the south side of [[Toad Town]]. The mall is built on three levels, connected by various stairs and divided into two sides.

The west side of the mall contains three gear stores that sell vital [[Clothing#Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story|clothing]] to [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]]. The first is the [[Gear Shop]], which is located on the bottom level, in the green roofed building. [[Toadles Boutique]] is the second one found on the middle level, recognizable by its orange color and [[? Block]]-esque entrance. The final gear shop is the [[Star Shop]], found on the upper level, recognizable by its tall, white exterior. A [[Tea Kiosk]] selling [[Mushroom Tea]] can be found on the bottom left corner, as well as a pipe leading into the [[Toad Town Caves]]. On the upper level, by an entrance to the mall, [[PR Toad]] can be found running the [[Mushroom Ball|Mushroom Ball Derby]]. 

The east side of the mall contains two other stores. On the right corner of the bottom level is the [[Item Shop]], which sells Mario and Luigi valuable [[List of items|items]]. It is noticeable by its orange roof. Next to it to the left is the [[Badge Shop]], which is the only store that sells the bros. all the purchasable [[Badge#Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story|badges]]. It has a blue roof. On the top level is the [[Toadley Clinic]], where ill [[Toad (species)|Toads]] go to seek treatment. This is also where [[Mario]], [[Luigi]] and [[Starlow]] battle [[Bowser]] and meet with [[Dr. Toadley]] in order to stop the [[blorbs]]. Later in the game, the clinic is the birthplace of the [[Miracle Cure]], which goes around the mall and the rest of Toad Town and cures all the Toads. To the right of the clinic is a [[Warp Pipe|yellow pipe]] that leads back to [[Pipe Yard]], inside [[Bowser's body]]. Past it is another path, this one leading to the entrace of Toad Town.

A young blue Toad that plays hide-n-sneak with Mario and Luigi can be found in front of the badge shop complaining about his parents always being shopping. He hides in various places, and once Mario and Luigi find him in all his hiding places, he gives the brothers the [[List of clothing in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story|Small Shell]] for playing with him.

*The Toad Town shopping mall is the only place in the game where certain [[rank]]s are required to access certain stores.
*In several versions of the game, the Toad who greets the player in the Star Rank shop is named (Toad-Henri in French, Toadon in Italian, and Toadón in European Spanish). He is not given a name in German, however.
