Steadily throughout the game, the Toad Town News will post new articles relating to things [[Mario]] has just done. Each time this occurs, the Toad Town Underground News will also update.

One of [[Koopa Koot]]'s favors, available after Chapter 3 is completed, requires reading both the front and back of the sign.
