The hidden treasure of this level is located at the top right of the first area with ball-throwing Penguins. The player has to smash through the wall of [[Enemy Block]]s in order to get there. Getting a Penguin to the spot can be kind of tricky since the ceiling is very low at the top area.


The treasure found in this stage may be a reference to the [[Capsule]]s in ''[[Dr. Mario (series)|Dr. Mario]]''.
