| '''The Curious Factory''' is the first level of the [[Ruby Passage]] in ''[[Wario Land 4]]''. It is a labyrinth of a factory with robot-like enemies and many [[piston]]s and [[Decompressor]]s, which turn [[Wario]] into [[Flat Wario]] and back to normal, respectively. Much of the flooring and platforms in the level are made up of [[Conveyor Belt|conveyor belts]]. The enemy [[Togerobo]] is exclusive to this level. This level also features the first appearance of [[Kaentsubo]], which can transform Wario into [[Flaming Wario]], allowing him to break [[Bonfire Block]]s. Hitting the [[Switch (Wario Land 4)|switch]] will open up the underground area of the level. This level's [[CD]] is called [[Driftwood & the Island Dog]] and once collected, it can be played in the [[Sound Room]].
