Editing The Bullet Bill Express

The level starts on a platform with some [[? Block]]s nearby. The player must hop on the nearby train and avoid some nearby [[Flopter]]s, [[Cat Bullet Bill]]s, and a [[Goomba Tower]] in order to reach a secret block containing a [[Mega Mushroom]]. [[Cat Banzai Bill]]s now start to spawn from the parallel train, and can be used to destroy some nearby [[Crate]]s. If the player times some jumps on the [[Cat Bullet Bill]]s with a [[Tanooki Suit]], the player can reach a segment of the train with eight crates. Seven of the crates contain single [[coin]]s, but one contains a [[1-Up Mushroom]]. Two [[Fire Bro]]s. appear soon after followed by a nearby [[Warp Pipe]] which leads to the boss of the level, [[Pom Pom]]. After the player defeats Pom Pom, a nearby [[Warp Box]] transports them to an area with a [[+ Clock]], a [[Goal Pole]], and a blue [[Sprixie Princesses|Sprixie Princess]]. After leaving the platform at the beginning, the train speeds up quite quickly, and if the player chooses not to board the train, they will lose a life due to not following the level's auto-scroll.

In the opening cutscene where the character(s) are seen getting into a cannon and blasting onto the train, a faint 8-bit Luigi can be seen outrunning the train on the far right. On a similar note, the player can get onto the front of the train at the end and the camera will turn to see a different Luigi outrunning the Bullet Train.
