The 'Shroom:Issue 176/The 'Shroom Spotlight
Hello readers of The 'Shroom, and welcome to Spotlight. Spotlight is a community project which aims to fix up the articles on the wiki which have issues. These issues can range from poor writing, to a lack of images, to even just needing a credible source.
Yoshi876 is MIA and this is due tomorrow. Send help and cookies.
Half of our focuses were done last month, which is not bad. The Enigmansion was cleared up by Waluigi Time (talk), File:ZombigGuy.jpg was improved by Mario jc (talk), and Fang's other language names were found by WildWario (talk). The other three focuses were sent to the Ghost Zone.
And now onto this month's focuses:

| We all love the NES, Savior of Video Games. There's a lot to unpack about the system's lifespan. Unfortunately, it looks like it was all just thrown about. | ||
| Special Attacks are types of skills you can use during fencing and table tennis. They sound flashy, but what do they look like? | ||
| I feel like we should have better sources now to improve on our uploads from 2007. Birdo isn't the only focus here, just the one I'm including in Spotlight, there are others for Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour that need improved. | ||
| In yet another case of Name: Real or Not?, this Yoshi's Island enemy needs help finding where its German name comes from. |
Now just before we leave you, we'd like to tell you about unimplemented proposals. There are currently sixteen that need to be implemented, some of which date back to 2018, so think of this as a continuous Spotlight goal until they're all completed. Additionally, there are many unresolved discussions that we would love to see come to some sort of conclusion. Some might have already concluded and just need the template removed, others have been waiting for a response for years.
