He is a lanky, purple miscreant who resembles a headphone jack composed of his head resembling a male connector and one of his arms resembling a female connector, the former giving him the general appearance of a stereotypical Japanese delinquent and the latter functioning as an arm cannon. His name comes from the second syllable of "extension" in reference to extension cords, with [[Ecks]] and [[Shun]]'s names coming from the other two.

In battle, Ten attacks by creating a purple energy ball with his right arm and rides on it to ram into Mario and Luigi, who have to use hammer strikes to repel it. If the ball that Ten was riding on is hit enough times, the ball will vanish and he will fall.

When Mario and Luigi go into battle versus all three members of the Extension Corps in [[Fortress Zokket]], Ten gains new attacks where he jumps in front of a Bro. and tries to smash him with his connector head, followed by him shooting an energy ball from his arm cannon. These can be chained, and are followed by a spin attack as Ten produces an energy blade and spins at a Bro., who must repel him with a hammer strike. Ten can also fire shots from his arm cannon at a pentagonal formation of mirrors, with the shots bouncing around into the Bros. The Bros. must also use their hammers to block these projectiles. When Shun reveals his [[Battle Plug]]s, the combo attack instigated by the Single-minded Plug has Ten shoot smaller fireballs from his arm cannon in a manner similar to [[Pi'illodium]] from ''[[Mario & Luigi: Dream Team]]'' with the tell for each shot being the same while Ecks charges from the side and Shun punches a punching bag. As with the other two members, he has a fire wave attack used in the last leg of the battle a few turns after Shun activates his Invincible Plug; the damage from this attack can be reduced via the [[Guard|Emergency Guard]], but is unavoidable otherwise without a [[Boo Biscuit]].
