A while back, I did a proposal to delete a category for categorizing characters in RPGs. This was due to the fact that no other series had such a category, they were all already covered in more specific categories, and the RPGs were really only related through being RPGs. All of these reasons apply to this template as well. However, there's two details that really convince me to push forward with this template. One: this doesn't actually cover all of the RPG attacks. As you may have noticed, the attacks are organised by character. However, it only lists attacks that belong to playable characters. As thus, there are a ton of special attacks that are just left hanging out to dry, especially in Super Mario RPG. Two: there's really no need for this template. MarioWiki:Navigation templates states that series-wide templates should only be used to streamline navigation. As I had mentioned, there are a lot of attacks that aren't mentioned, which means that it doesn't help with navigation at all. Plus, {{Super Mario RPG}} already demonstrates that listing all the attacks in the main template does no harm at all. Thus, I propose to have the attacks merged to whatever navigation template that they belong to (i.e. PM attacks go in the PM template).
[Technically, I can just make the necessary changes without a proposal, but this template's older than me. I'd rather do this fairly and have a discussion first.]
