The '''Taronga Zoo koala''' is a koala from the [[Taronga Zoo]] in [[Sydney]], [[Australia]]. It appears in the [[Mario is Missing! (PC)|PC]], [[Mario is Missing! (Super Nintendo Entertainment System)|SNES]], and [[Mario is Missing! (Nintendo Entertainment System)|NES versions of ''Mario is Missing!'']], where it is kidnapped from the zoo by a [[Koopa Troopa]]. [[Luigi]] must defeat the Koopa, return the koala to the zoo before it can resume operating.
