Why don't we have a page about swimmable water?

I mean, we have a page for poison, and a page for lava, so why don't we have a page for water? BeingAwesom (talk) 19:54, 16 February 2019 (EST)

That doesn't sound like a bad idea, though maybe there should be more opinions on this.

We used to. Walkazo deleted it in 2011 for being a generic subject that functioned like real water, though from a series-wide standpoint, there are many variations on how it works. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 21:38, 16 February 2019 (EST)

While we could have an article about swimming, I feel like having an article about water would still be needed. It can be used in many others way than just swimming, and it would also just be better to have an article about water because it's more consistent with the rest of the wiki and is a part of the Mario universe. If we make a water article, should we perhaps include the instances of water in land levels from Super Mario Bros? Those that you can't swim in and only send you to death.
