I don't know about the official name but we have pages on both other cap forms - Kamicciolo

I figure since we have several articles that "double" for Luigi and Mario, shouldn't this be merged? HyperToad

I kinda agree with Booster and HyperToad... Vanish Mario and Luigi are the exact same thing, except for who's in the form (Well, the power-up is different, but still). They should be merged.
