"Spiked" seems to be a generic descriptor, only being capitalized due to being at the start of a sentence. What's the Japanese name? Though, i think it's better than nothing. --

- 「トゲハテナブロック」 according to Encyclopedia Super Mario Bros. While the Nintendo Power guide does mention "Spiked" at the start of a sentence and later generically calls it a "spiked block" later on the same page, the fact that it's more or less a direct translation leads me to believe it's intended as part of the name rather than a descriptor.
