Trivia: Kart Name[edit]
The name's probably a reference to Soda Lake, though it's more likely coincidence than anything else. What do you think? Lord Grammaticus 08:44, 13 December 2011 (EST)
- It doesn't seem to be referencing anything with its name. Also, such a fact would be better in the introductory paragraph than the trivia section. Bop1996 (Talk)
- You don't suppose it could possibly be a reference to the Sky Pop, could you? The original Sky Pop was a prop airplane, but the "pop" part of it is what got me thinking... In some parts of the world, "pop" is a synonym for "soda". So, if the Sky Pop is properly named and "pop" isn't a mistranslation of "prop" or something ("Sky Prop" would make more sense, as would "Marine Prop"), "Soda Jet" really isn't that much of a stretch.
