Shroobified[edit]

I notice "Shroobified" is capitalized as if it's a proper term, in English. But I went and found the Japanese equivalent on Youtube, and it's just (usual disclaimer that I don't speak Japanese aside) キノコにされてしまった キノックルと ノコディのためにも さきをいそげ！, meaning "Hurry up for the sake of Toadbert and Kylie, who have been turned into mushrooms!", so... that's weird. Does this change anything? I'll leave this comment here just in case. Blinker (talk) 11:30, December 2, 2023 (EST)

Doubtful. It's a proper term in the English translation of the game which takes highest naming priority, so I don't see how the original script would factor in here. --Waluigi's head icon in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Too Bad! Waluigi Time! 12:38, December 2, 2023 (EST)
Fair enough. Another thing though, the same thing happened with "re-Toadify" also being added in translation. If "Shroobified" is considered a proper term, shouldn't "Toadify" be as well? Blinker (talk) 13:12, December 2, 2023 (EST)
