How is this necessary? This is just a list of generic sheep with no actual purpose in any of the games they appear in, which I'm pretty sure violates [[MarioWiki:Generic subjects]].

While I agree sheep don't have any significant purpose in the games listed here, there are sheep in ''[[Super Mario Odyssey]]'', where they're found in [[Tostarena]] and might even serve a more important role this time around (if I recall correctly, one Tostarenan asks Mario to return his sheep to him). A lot of this article fails the [[MarioWiki:Generic subjects|generic subjects policy]]. We already have articles for "specialized sheep" such as the [[Lamb's Lure]], [[Sheep Attack]], [[Sleepy Sheep]], [[Snooze Ewes]], [[Falling Asheep]], [[Shear Terror]], and the like. '''Really, the only "sheep" that serves a merit here are the sheep from ''[[Super Mario Odyssey]]'', as they are beings you can actually interact with and actually herd to obtain [[Power Moon]]s.''' None of the other sections should be allowed to stay.

::The ''Paper Mario'' sheep doesn't need to be in the article if it's already covered at [[Sleepy Sheep]]. :::The above proposal caused a massive loss of important information, and these worth mentioning. You know what? [[MarioWiki:Generic subjects]] is dumb, and IIRC, {{User|Doc von Schmeltwick}} tried to make a proposal not to include living, moving things, which i'd have supported.
