Why does this page exist?[edit]
I don't fully understand why this page exists. He isn't even named anything outside of one player's guide that probably just made a mistake.
This is the equivalent of giving some random Toad from sticker star with no plot relevance a page because one single publication forgot to call him "a" Toad and just called him Toad. I understand that you need to deliver mail to him but it just feels like a pointless page to me, especially considering almost all of the info is already on other pages with the exception of the explanation for why he's in the desert instead of the town. I would personally call for a proposal but i'll give people time to maybe explain this page to me first. BiggestMan
