I thought Mario is silent in the RPG games. Are you sure these count as quotes he nevers says them in speech bubbles. Grapes
- Well, Mario makes gestures as if he's saying those quotes, so I think it's fair to keep them in. — Stooben Rooben 17:24, 20 October 2008 (EDT)

- Why are you saying that quote?? Talk pages are talks about improving articles, not forum chatter. [1]

Bowser's Quote to Hammer Brother[edit]
- ”Oh, go ON, Mr. Comedian! I'm just DYING to hear the rest of your HILARIOUS story!“
When I was watching the exact scene where Bowser says this in a YouTube Let's Play of the game, I saw that Bowser actually says ”Well? I'm dying to hear the rest of your hilarious story, Mr. Comedian! Do share!“. But I have a feeling that there might be a difference between different versions of the game. Is there a difference or is one of them not used? SKmaric (talk)
He says the og go on in my version.I think he says the other one in the US version.Yoshidude99
Text Dump[edit]
There's a text dump of the North American version of this game, if anyone's interested. It's a clean text dump that lists virtually every piece of dialogue and text in the entire game. --Zootalo (talk) 15:41, 8 January 2015 (EST)
Frankly[edit]
"Hummina hubbity hubbida hippity hoobida hammala huffala hoofala... REALLY?" by Professor Frankly. Can this be considered as a quote? Another gossip-loving Toad (talk) 06:44, 31 January 2015 (EST)
Goombella Quotes[edit]
I recently made List of Huey quotes because his section on the List of Paper Mario: Color Splash quotes took up a lot of bytes, and I noticed that the section for Goombella on this page is long. Should her section be split into a List of Goombella quotes page? --TheFlameChomp (talk) 21:59, 2 March 2017 (EST)
- I just tested it in the sandbox, and I discovered that the section takes up nearly 80,000 bytes, even more than the List of Huey quotes. I really think it should be split in order to reduce loading time. --

Awesome website for quotes[edit]
It’s only for the original TTYD, but it’s still a great resource I’ve been using: https://dialoguetree.net/ttyd/ - Technetium (talk)
Formatting line differences between versions[edit]

I've been wondering this for a while, so maybe it's time I bring it up. How should we format line changes between the original and remake? The current way of doing it (including both GCN and Switch in parentheses, or having the Switch version underneath the GCN version) is quite messy and makes things harder to read. Hovers can be used for when only a word or two is different, but that doesn't solve the bigger line changes. Does anyone have any better ideas for formatting? Like, maybe we could just make subsections for lines that are in both, GCN exclusive lines, Switch exclusive lines...? It would use ; as to not make the table of contents even longer than it already is. Doesn't really help to compare lines in both with differences though...
