• Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 (2003) (same as Super Mario All-Stars)
• Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga (2003)
• Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (2004) (Yoshi stampede?)
• Mario & Luigi: Dream Team (2013)
• Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam (2015)
• Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions (2017)
• Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (Nintendo Switch) (2024) (same as original)

that are presumably the Yoshi (I've added most of them to his appearances list, assuming that they are him) but it's never actually stated if it's the Yoshi or not.
