| I think that he is actually [[Toadbert]] from the Mario and Luigi rpgs. Notice his very similar appearance and the fact that the "Blue Toad" has glasses. It could be Toadbert.

| Now that Captain Toad's game is released, it seems somewhat inappropriate to name this page after the character's first appearance as opposed to his general role. The Toad Brigade appears to exist in Captain Toad's game, so this name seems more appropriate. This would also apply to [[Yellow Toad (Super Mario Galaxy)]].
