do i need to get all balloons (including gold) to fight wizpig?

incorrect info, the lighthouse does not simply turn into a teleporter after you defeat wizpig. You need to unlock the trophies, then honk at (or just run into) the trophy sign near the lighthouse, then there's a cutscene where it turns into a rocket

- Nintendo Power agrees with this guy, and there's even screenshots to prove it. I'll correct the information, thanks for pointing it out!
