Aren't these kind of just the same thing as [[Fence]]s? I know the difference is that they can only be climbed on by character in cat forms, but I'd chalk that up more to the difference in gameplay style more than being different objects altogether, like how [[Trampolines]] have to be ground-pounded in Super Mario Galaxy and can't be carried. Plus they have the same Japanese name, just rendered in Hiragana instead of Kanji.
