It grows every type of [[fruit]] available on the island, including the magical [[Heart Fruit]]. It is the ultimate source of all the [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshis]]' happiness on Yoshi's Island. [[Baby Bowser]] steals the Super Happy Tree for its power, rendering the [[Baby Yoshi]]s hungry for fruits, but they later reclaim it. Baby Bowser later claims that it tasted rotten to him anyway.


In the ''Yoshi's Story'' manga adaptation section of ''[[Mario no Bōken Land]]'', the Super Happy Tree makes an appearance.
