Warped into the future by [[Princess Peach]]'s golden statue, [[Mario]], [[Luigi]], and [[Yoshi]] find a watermelon that Yoshi tries to eat, only for the Koopa to come out of its shell and protest. Shocked in seeing Mario, the Suika Nokonoko rolls away into a museum. The heroes follow it inside and learn what happened in this timeline. The Suika Nokonoko returns with the museum curator it had warned about the heroes' arrival, [[Ludwig|Ludwig von Koopa]], who starts battling the heroes. After that, the Suika Nokonoko is not seen again.
